It’s very important that you are in control of your mail and we want to save you valuable time shredding credit card solicitations, recycling unwanted catalogs and mail, and sorting through the mail. With our Virtual Mailbox service, you see what mail has been delivered all online.
Customers requesting forwarding of their mail and packages are solely responsible for the reporting and payment to the proper authorities of any sales tax that may be due on purchases.
Why Open a Virtual Mailbox?
Using our address reduces the junk mail quickly and easily. With a physical street address, you can have us sign for and receive UPS, FedEx, DHL and accountable US mail for you, without the worry of having it left at your door.
We are ready with additional services that you may need such as storing, shipping or shredding your unwanted mail. You now have your own virtual mail system.
To take advantage of the Virtual Mailbox set up you must first obtain a private mailbox. This is a physical box that will hold your accepted mail until you let us know what you want to do with the received mail. As your mail is received we scan it into an online system that allows you to see your mail. Any “items” received will be scanned in so you know it is here, you can choose to have it sent to your location or destroyed at the end of the month.

Premium : $30.00 per month
Setup fee : $ 15.00 (fee waived if you rent for one year)
Three month minimum
Names using the box : 5
Additional names on the box $5.00 per name per month
Mail holding : 30 days (then you decide to shred or forward)
Regular forwarding rates apply for mail forwarded.
