FedEx, originally the Federal Express Corporation, is an American global courier service company which has been operating since 1971.
Parcel Room has been working with FedEx since the start. As FedEx has grown, they have added FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, and expanded FedEx International to offer Priority International as well as Economy International.
Parcel Room is happy to offer a variety of FedEx services. The services available are limited and guided by the dimensions and weight of packages, as well as the destination address.
Maximum Size – 165 inches in length and girth combined [(2 x width) + (2 x height)]
Maximum Weight – 150 lbs

FedEx Services
FedEx Home service: For delivery to residential addresses; service is usually Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx HOME does not deliver on Mondays.
FedEx Ground service: For delivery to commercial addresses. Home-based businesses are not considered to be commercial locations by the carrier. Service is usually Monday thru Friday. Saturday service is not available from FedEx Ground.
FedEx Express service: FedEx has several levels of Express services including;

At Parcel Room we offer our customers a full range of FedEx services, both domestic and international. With our volume our International rates compared to FedEx are often lower by 15%-20%.
U.S. Services
International Services
Parcel Room guarantees the arrival time of all packages shipped by air transport, providing that the package meets the carriers rules for guaranteed services. International packages must process through customs which can cause delays that would exempt it from the guarantee. Weather delays void package guarantees, packages can be delayed due to weather in other states or other parts of the country.
Unfortunately, Parcel Room cannot guarantee the arrival time of packages delivered by FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery services.
