"One of our daughter's biggest challenges had to do with “stuff.” As a musician and athlete, she had way too much gear to fit in our airport luggage allotment. When considering an out-of-state school, we worried about the logistics of getting her setup in the fall and home each summer. Without family in the area, this presented a real challenge.

 

We found our solution on the UNH Parents Facebook site which recommended the services of the team at Parcel Room (parcelroom.com). Our move “problems” were solved when we worked with Parcel Room to provide the shipping, storage, and delivery services for Samantha’s move. With Parcel Room services, we were able to ship our CA boxes and other Amazon/Vendor orders to their warehouse directly. They then held our packages over the summer until we requested delivery just before move in day. Mr. Newman and his team handled all our boxes with care, delivered them early (so they wouldn’t be soaked by Hurricane Henri) and even helped us with a vendor’s delivery mistake. This was by far the most cost-effective solution we were able to find. We definitely will work with Parcel Room again this summer to have them pick up and store our daughter’s gear until next fall. "
